* Problem statement: Explain the problem or gap that your project aims to address.
* Unique value proposition: Highlight the unique aspects of your project and how it differentiates from existing solutions.

### 5. Project Scope and Timeline

Clearly describe the scope of your project and provide a detailed timeline for completion.

* Scope: Outline the main components, features, or services that your project will deliver.
* Timeline: Provide a timeline with specific milestones and expected completion dates for each phase of the project.

### 6. Budget Breakdown
