eckoGOV Spaces are built on top of the Kadena blockchain smart contracts and can have different focuses and governance models.
How to join a Space 📡
After successfully logging in to eckoGOV, joining a space is a straightforward process.
Explore Available Spaces - Navigate to the "Spaces" section or the homepage within eckoGOV to discover the list of available spaces. These spaces represent different projects, communities, or initiatives within the Kadena ecosystem.
Select a Space - Browse through the list of spaces and choose the one you wish to join. Consider factors such as the project's goals, community engagement, and your personal interests.
Click "Join Space" - Once you've logged in, you'll find a button to join the space. Click on it to express your interest in becoming a member of the space.
Discord Authorization - Some spaces on eckoGOV may require authorization with Discord, a popular communication platform. If the space you want to join has this requirement, you'll need to link your Discord account with eckoGOV. Follow the instructions provided to authorize and connect your Discord account to the space.
Redirection - You will be redirected to Discord. Follow the instructions presented to link your account with the project.
Await Approval - After submitting your joining request, the space administrators or existing members will review it. They may evaluate your alignment with the space's goals and values before approving your request. Be patient while waiting for their response.
Congratulations - you have just joined the space!
Start Engaging - Once your request is done, you'll gain full access to the space's activities, discussions, and governance processes. Dive into the ongoing discussions, explore proposals, and actively contribute your ideas and insights.
