# L2 - eckoLEAD

### Role Description

eckoLEADS are advanced role users in the DAO. They are the Space's top 5 for KDX voting power who have applied for a lead role and have completed KYC verification. They serve as team members and moderators, guiding the DAO's direction and ensuring a positive and productive community environment.

### Responsibilities

* Proposal Submission: eckoLEAD's are authorized to submit proposals for discussion, sparking debates and decision-making processes.
* Community Participation: eckoLEAD's are expected to participate in community-wide activities, engage in discussions, and contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
* Proposal Execution: They work on approved proposals + establish work-groups to efficiently implement decisions.
* Forum Moderation: eckoLEADS are responsible for the moderation of the Discourse/Discord forum, ensuring respectful communication and productive discussions.
* eckoGOV Management: They play a significant role in managing eckoGOV, overseeing its operations, and ensuring its effectiveness.
